The End

The End

Maybe you’ve heard about these kinds of services. They essentially provide a method for you to electronically notify your loved ones of your untimely demise. That and anyone who is expecting you to be on WOW tonight for a raid. Wouldn’t want them to be worried. It’s a courtesy I suppose, but I doubt the friends I made in any of the MMOs I played wonder where I went. I may as well have died to them. It is similar to how I feel about my High School friends. It is nice knowing what they are up to, but in the end I’ve got shit to do. I suppose instant communication makes the “have a nice life” notes in the Senior Yearbook seem either cold or stupid. On the other hand, I don’t have the time to chat with everyone I ever knew every day.

I wonder how the guy they mentioned would score. Power gaming takes dedication.
